Healthy Eating

I am sixteen weeks pregnant.  That means dieting is not my game.  In fact, dieting has never been my game.

I suck at dieting.  Which is why I love Sparkpeople. This website helps your track your progress as you work towards losing weight. It also helps you make it not about dieting but about Healthy lifestyle changes. 

This is better than a diet any day!

I won't be doing some major exercise program. Taking up Zumba is probably not an option until late summer (after the baby is born). 

For now, for my health, and for the health of my baby... I am going to focus on probably the MOST important healthy lifestyle choice.

As I focus on this I will share recipes, I will share successes.  I have all ready been eating healthier since I learned i was expecting...  While most women gain weight when pregnant.  I have lost 10lbs and my husband will attest that I am not working out,  there are days were waking up is the greatest workout i get.
 
Eating healthy is the key to being healthy.
